Books : Bulk and trade ordering

All titles in our current range of books are exempt from EU GPSR under Article 51.

All trade orders (for retail sale) should be placed through your existing wholesale channel using the ISBN number. We recommend Gardners for global small-quantity wholesale orders; ProGuide titles are normally available at Gardners UK distribution hub within 2 working days of request, TSH series titles are extended catalog and dispatched within 5 working days.

Bulk non-retail orders

Customers wishing to purchase more than ten copies for internal use (rescue teams, etc.) should contact us with details of what you require, if books are to include branded covers (ProGuide only, fee applies below 24 copies), and the delivery address and we will respond with quotes and lead times. Payment terms are subject to the nature of your organisation and may be required in advance. We reserve the right to decline trade orders where delivery destinations or customer credit checks are not appropriate.
